The trainer works to divide the muscles of your body and develop a training program that suits your daily needs and give each muscle what you need from training, strengthening, raising your physical fitness and increasing endurance, resulting in speed in weight loss and building muscle.


The duration of the class is 45 minutes between the trainer and the trainee only.
